Cucumber Dulse Salad

  • 2-1/2 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup washed, dried, and chopped fresh watercress
  • 3-3/4 tsp Umeboshi vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dried dulse

Dulse: soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and chop into pieces.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss well. Serve.
